12 Bakes of ’18: April

I have been craving lemon meringue pie for AGES and I have had the recipe printed out for months! I finally made it and took it to a family dinner where we promptly ate the whole thing. Even the toddler had a slice and it was a hit! One small hiccup – I tried to use a pie crust I’d frozen but it crumbled and did something funky while pre-baking so I had to toss it and start over with the one listed by King Arthur Flour and it was good.
