This is one of M’s most favorite dinners and I make it whenever he’s really missing home.
1.5 pounds ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of celery
1/2 cup milk
1 bag frozen tator tots
Preheat the oven to 350. Brown the meat, about 7 minutes in a large oven safe skillet. Stir in the mixed vegetables, cream of celery soup and milk. Season with lots of freshly ground black pepper. Top completely with tator tots and bake in for 1 hour. Let cool for about 10 minutes before diving in.
