What We Ate Feb 23-March 1

I know I’m a week late on this – but I really like looking back over what meals plans I used so I did want to track it somewhere. Next weeks will be just as lame as I was traveling for work most of the week – you’ve been warned!

Monday- Thai beef and basil – but with ground turkey! leaner and still delicious
Tuesday- gnocchi
Wednesday- vietnamese style pork
Thursday- eggs poached in tomato sauce
Friday- homemade pizza
Saturday- traveling
Sunday- traveling
