I made this recipe several weeks ago but wanted to wait until after we made the second one to know if I could really recommend it.
Since this does make two pizzas, I highly recommend making the whole recipe and popping the second in a disposable pie pan and saving it in the freezer. To cook, thaw in the fridge for 12-24 hours and then cook as she recommends.
For fillings, M’s favorite is hot sausage but I love wilted spinach and italian herbs. Good thing it makes two!
