CSA Week 2

can we just talk about how gorgeous these eggs are?!?!

Farmer Karen has given us another incredible week! I MISSED this so much during the winter. It is so refreshing to look at the change of veggies over the season and see that we really are eating seasonally and locally. That said, anyone have any recipes for this much parsley! I guess it grows like wildfire in that Michigan soil! LOL
