Crab Rangoons

While M and I love Thai food (and we do!) it is hard to get crab rangoons when we eat out because of M’s seafood allergy. This means we get to make them at home! I know that the imitation crab we get at the store is completely safe. I just mix together the filing and put 1 tablespoon in each wonton wrapper. M heats the oil to 375 and fries away!

I used:
1 8 oz. package imitation crab
4 oz. 1/3 lower cream cheese
2 oz. Greek yogurt (to make a fried food ‘healthier’)
1/3 cup green onions
