Last week it was so hot here in Chicago just like everywhere else. I did not feel like turning on the oven or stove to make anything-no mac n cheese, nothing. I remember seeing something like this at Whole Foods for about 20.00 a pound and knew I could make my own on the cheap. Instead I stopped at the store on my way home and picked up the stuff to make this salsa. And salsa was dinner. And it was good. I would recommend not losing the salt in the move and adding some to yours when you make it.
