CSA Week 2

The herbs smell incredible. I can’t wait to use them all week. This week I was the ‘helper’ at our drop off site and got to talk to our farmer for a while. I am so grateful for Karen and all her hard work for  us. She is feeding my family! M and I went to Aldi and Stanley’s for our weekly grocery run and we only spent 30 bucks and got a bag of food (meat, cheese and fruit). I am so happy that we ate all of last week’s hull and I am really looking forward to cooking up this week veg.
